1. STATUTORY WARRANTY FOR CONSUMERS

Products sold by Cucine Miller to consumers are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity provided for by applicable Italian law.

The statutory warranty protects the consumer if the purchased product has a defect of conformity existing at the time of delivery or that appears within the period provided for by law.

2. WARRANTY DURATION

For new goods, the statutory warranty lasts two years from the date of delivery of the product.

The rights provided by the statutory warranty cannot be excluded or limited by these terms and conditions.

3. WHEN A PRODUCT MAY BE NON-CONFORMING

A product may be non-conforming when, for example:

• it does not match the description provided on the website;
• it does not have the characteristics indicated on the product page;
• it is not fit for the purpose normally intended for goods of the same type;
• it has defects that compromise its ordinary use;
• it is delivered in a version different from the one purchased.

4. AVAILABLE REMEDIES

In case of a defect of conformity, the consumer may be entitled, as provided by law, to have the conformity restored through:

• repair; or
• replacement.

If these remedies are not possible, are not carried out correctly, or are not applicable according to current legislation, the consumer may be entitled to:

• a proportional reduction in price; or
• termination of the contract and refund.

• photographs of the product, if available;
• photographs of the packaging, if relevant.

Photographs can help us process your request more quickly, but they do not limit the rights recognized to the consumer by law.

6. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WITHDRAWAL AND STATUTORY WARRANTY

The right of withdrawal allows the consumer to change their mind about the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

The statutory warranty, on the other hand, concerns defective or non-conforming products and, for new goods, lasts two years from delivery.
